EDEPCO (East Delta Electricity Production Company) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Egyptian Electricity Holding Company, operating under the Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy. For nearly 40 years, EDEPCO has been a monumental pillar in Egypt’s national power grid. The company manages a massive network of power plants across the country, including major facilities like the El-Shabab Combined Cycle Plant, Damietta Combined Cycle Plant, and Suez Thermal Power Plant. Their mission is to provide sustainable, high-quality electricity to drive Egypt's economic development while maintaining strict environmental and operational standards.
EgyBlanco was entrusted with developing the official web portal for
Governmental Corporate Identity: Designed a formal, authoritative, and clean UI/UX that aligns with the official standards of Egyptian state-owned enterprises, instilling trust and transparency.
Massive Data Organization (Information Architecture): Structured a complex navigation system to logically categorize a vast amount of information, including company bylaws, board structures, environmental achievements, and detailed profiles of over 15 distinct power plants.
Internal Communication & Tenders Portal: Developed dedicated sections for public tenders, training sector updates (Fayed Training Center), and employee portals for complaints, suggestions, and internal news, transforming the site into an operational hub.
High-Level Security & Compliance: Ensured robust backend security measures to protect national data and comply with governmental IT and cybersecurity regulations, including the IT Crimes Law frameworks.
Dynamic News & Media Center: Implemented a real-time news engine to document field visits by ministers, corporate events, and national grid updates, ensuring the public is continuously informed of the company’s achievements.
